He has also acquired a Specialized Diploma in Banking & Financial Services and a Certificate in Forex Dealing from the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune. Hariprasad has also attended a number of short-term functional & skill development training programs.

Mr. Hariprasad joined Ebixcash World Money Limited, one of the leading Foreign Exchange and financial services providers in the country that offers innovative, customized and integrated financial solutions as Vice President and Head of Treasury in June, 2008. With vast experience in the foreign exchange sector, Mr. Hariprasad adds expertise backed with experience in Business Development, Treasury and Markets, Banking Operations.

At Ebix, Mr. Hariprasad is responsible for managing the overall Business & Treasury functions and providing and mentoring leadership skills across the organization. His KRAs also include Quality initiatives, clarity in direction and strategy and strong leadership skills. With foreign exchange being one of the fastest growing segments within the Ebix group, his ability to customize services and products to the ever changing market requirement has been a boon to the organization.

SHRI PAL GOEL

NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Mr. SP Goel is an MA in Economics from Kurukshetra University (Gold Medallist) having a vast experience of 35+ years of service, worked in different departments and different positions including Retail Banking, Treasury Department, Risk Management etc. He joined Union Bank of India as Probationary officer and retired as General Manager of North Zone, New Delhi. During his tenure, he worked as Branch head, Regional Head and Zonal Head at various different locations.

Mr. SP Goel is also having vast experience in mobilising and cross selling of all retail products. He also monitored all bank branches and also specialised in fund management with RBI & SBI for return optimisation. He is also excelled in monitoring risk management by continuous analysis and regular assessments of large corporate accounts as per credit rating. He also assisted in creating customized products as per requirements.

Mr. SP Goel achieved the best business performance awards for 3 years 2003 in Indore MP, 2006 Raipur Chhattisgarh and 2009 in Pune, Maharashtra.

Along with all above, he has been positioned with different esteemed positions including Vice-Chairman (Finance & Treasury) for Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Delhi, Trustee & Fund manager with Maharaja Agrasen Hospital and trustee with Balaji Nirogdham (Delhi) and other charitable organisations in Ayodhya & Salasar.

Mr. Kumar is MSc. (Physics), L.L.B. & CAIIB qualified and in his Public Sector Banking career spanning 40+ years, Mr. Kumar held several leadership positions in India and abroad for Corporation Bank, UCO Bank, and Bank of Baroda. He has a graduate degree in Law and a master’s degree in Physics. With a penchant for independent thinking, he painstakingly led several growth initiatives and strategies as CMD - Corporation Bank, Executive Director - UCO Bank, and General Manager, Technology & Retail Banking – Bank of Baroda. Under his stellar leadership, Corporation Bank was given a national award for its performance in MSME finance for the year 2012-13 by the Prime Minister of India.

VANI MAHAJAN
